Subject: H&S: Cancer treatment is about making money...provoking thoughts

Dear Beloved Friends, Bro & Sis,

Please take time to read this Article. If I have read this Article, my wife FL, would not have the present problem with her Bonemarrow. After 6 1/2 years of Chemo and Radiation, at the best hospital in Singapore, the side effect of both Chemo and Radiation are now the main problem she has to deal with and these side effect problem are the one that may take her life and not her cancer!!!. The best part of it all, the Dr in singapore ( who is a very nice and caring Dr) after realising her Bonemarrow is totally damaged and cannot produce fresh Red Blood cells and Haemoglobin, which means she will be too weak to go through another course of Chemo or radiation, when her cancer marker start to go up again, than informed us that the bonemarrow has collapsed and it is the side effect of chemo and radiation. Note - we were not told or informed earlier that this would be a side effect. Each time my wife goes through a Radiation Therapy, 25% of her Bonemarrow will be destroyed. The sickenning part, is that medicial science has no treatment or medication to revive bonemarrow or help in producing Red Blood Cells and Haemoglobin. All the Dr can say to us is " try to take more Iron base food and hope that your Red Blood cells and Haemoglobin will improved and then we see how". My wife was sent back. But let me share with you one important fact about cancer cells - they LOVE Iron and they survive and multiply fastest if your diet contains Iron. Oh, the Dr did not give this information. It was hidden fr all patient. Ocologist will never share such information to their patient. Their attitude is - side effect is not their problem and not under their care - whatever you have to eat or do to get your immune system strong, you do it - cos you need to be strong to take Chemo or Radiation. If by eating certain food or doing certain activities that can help improved your immune system, but will at the same time increase the cancer cells by trillion, "it is Ok, go ahead and eat and do, I will "Bom" the Cancer cells later with stronger Chemo drug. That is their attitude.

My wife starting this year is now under an Alternative Medicine Therapy. Over the past 7 years, I have travelled widely to different countries to seek cancer supplements and to listen to Specialist in that country on how they treat cancer. Different country have different method and promote different therapy and methodology. So, my knowledge on cancer treatment is quite extensive. Sad thing is as a Human Being, we are so rooted in our mind that the Western Medical treatment is or should be the best and safest method as they have done extensive researches and test before each drug is put on the market and 80% of the people still seek western medicine for treatment, DESPITE the fact that everywhere I go and every talk, seminar or convention I attended on during the past years have informed me of the danger and side effect of Chemo and Radiation. Yet I still continue with Chemo and Radiation each time my wife's cancer re-lapses. I lived to regret now.

I used to belief that "there is no cure for cancer". I used to argued inside me that if there is a cure, then the wife of Francis Yeoh, or the wife of our Ex-PM will not die as they have all the millions to seek treatment or buy whatever medicine available in this world. What I failed to realise is this - there is no cure as far as Western Medicine is concern. That is a fact. If you choose to go under Chemotherapy and radiation and take all those cancer hormones drug, then it is a fact, there is no cure for cancer. Why is it so, the article below will give you a good insight and explanation. Both the wife of Francis Yeoh and our beloved Ex-PM was under the Western Medicine treatment - and despite the most expensive and lastest Chemo drug, they still did not survive - God Bless their soul.

My wife and I was having such a belief. And therefore, we both agreed that we should adopt the principle of seeking and creating "Quality Lifestyle" instead of seeking "Length of Time" -ie when one is faced with such situation in life, it is the quality of life that matters and not the no of years one have. We subscribed to the belief that life is decided by the Almighty God and anyone of us can die from any eventuality - I know of friends who die from accident, dengue, food poisoning, heart attack - all these are sudden death which one cant prepare for it. So, we both adopt the attitude that my wife should not let cancer paralyse her or stop her from enjoying life and living a full life. She is a fighter and she never once allow the thought that cancer will kill her. I too refused to allow that thought to rule our life. And so we battle on, went to Singapore for treatment, and we lived a full life. During her battle with cancer, and while having her 1st Chemo therapy, I took her to China and she climb the Great Wall of China - that is how strong my wife Will to live is - her Will to live gave me tremendous inspiration and encouragement whenever I m faced with problems and obstacle in life. In these past 7 years, she travelled to a couple of country, visited places she always wanted to see, and even spent two weeks in Ladahk, India for her religious retreat. All these time, she was having Chemo treatment and Radiation treatment on and off. The Will to live is a great source of weapon to battle cancer. She continued to be my good loving wife and a good loving mother of my three beautiful kids, taking good care of the house and even help out in my law firm. Life went on as usual. She stay beautiful and grogeous all these years untill recently she has lost many kgs.- Still sexy ok.

But, facts are facts, we cannot run away from the evil side effect of all the Chemo and Radiation treatment she had gone through. Finally, the cancer is under control, but her bonemarrow gave way.

Recently, we have the blessing of meeting someone who uses Alternative Treatment acceptable in many countries but totally rejected by FDA USA. Why - $$$$$$.  From my discussion and various meeting with this guy, I realised that Cancer actually can be cure - provided the person has not gone through Chemo or Radiation. Fate is such that, after my meeting with this guy, I then started receiving many Articles on what this guy said about cancer and one of this Article is the one below. I have seen many people who has not gone through Chemo or Radiation, and who took this Alternative Treatment protocol gets cured. Even my wife cancer is under control despite the fact that she has stop all treatment from singapore for more than 6 mths - by right she should be death by now cos the cancer would have spread all over her body. My wife when first diagnosed with breast cancer was on her 3A stage with 8 out of 12 Lymph-notes affected.

So my dear Friends, Brothers and Sisters, battling cancer is not easy, but it is not a loosing battle. Many factors need to be addressed. Emotional, mental, diet, family support, good correct Supplements are some of the equally imprtant areas that need to be addressed beside deciding which type of treatment to undergo. Remember these few things/facts :-

i. chemo drug or Radaition are not the only treatment that can "bom" and kill cancer cells. There are many natural God given "nutrient and vitamin" that can do a better job and Bombing without having any side effect or destroying your good cells and other organs.

ii. many methods are available to destroy cancer cells - like starving them, creating un-survivable conditions for the cancer cells, depriving the cancer cells of what they need to mutiate etc...

iii. cancer cells loves - Iron, Animal Protein or any type of protein, acidic conditions in your body, high energy level in your body and hates fresh oxygen.

iv. God has given us in our body natural killer cells that goes round hunting cancer cells and kill them. These killer cells gets killed and destroy including their "factory" when you undergo Chemo. Their "factory" lies in your intestine track and that is why it is upmost important to keep your intestine track healthy and strong - so take good Pro-Biotic and Bio-Bran Supplement. If your immune system and other cells are strong, cancer cells will have a big battle trying to spread to other areas.

My apologies for boring your with these. But because 1 out of 4 women will get breast cancer, and 1 out of 5 men will get colon or Intestine or Prostrate cancer, I feel I need to share with you my expereince in battling with cancer. You can have all the millions in your bank, but when one of your loved one have cancer, these millions meant nothing to you cos it can be wipe out in a matter of a short time and your life, family and career will never be the same if you do not know how to handle the situation and battle the cancer syndrom.

Take care brother/sisters/friend. For those who has answer to our call for blood donation, your kindness has been conveyed to my beloved wife and she is very touched and inspired. But please bear with us, cos we are still waiting for the hospital to approved our request. Shall keep you posted. God Bless all of you.

Take time to read the Article below and keep it in your heart. It may come in handy one day.

Love all of you.

Regards

Albert Soo

A good read!!!!!!!! Written by a doctor who suffers from cancer and he uses alternative rather than conventional medicine that involves chemo etc.
Good to share with family and friends.

Subject: Cancer treatment is about making money...provoking thoughts
I posted this article, which may have some provoking thoughts:

The below is absolutely 100% true and as a doctor I have been telling people this for 15 years now. No one wants to listen. Folks need to wake up. Cancer treatment is about making money. It is a 120 billion dollar a year industry in the United States alone and estimated to be a 600 billion dollar a year industry worldwide.

A successful cancer case according to the American Cancer Society and the American College of Oncology and Hematology means that the person survives for 5 years. Both the American Cancer Society and the American College of Oncology and Hematology admit that a person is likely to survive cancer for 7 to 10 years even if they do absolutely NOTHING. Of course, only the doctors get those magazines - not you, the cancer patient.

Alternative medicine's track record of curing cancer is 10 times higher than that of conventional medicine. Note that I say CURE.

Remember another thing. A TUMOR is just a symptom. It is not the cause of cancer.

Science is cause and effect. Remove the cause and the effect disappears.

I am in my third battle with cancer right now. I have not done any chemotherapy or radiation or surgery for any of my bouts with cancer. I survived leukemia, I survived Non Hodgkins Lymphoma and now I have Glioblastoma which is supposedly an incurable form of brain cancer. I was given two months to live 5 months ago.

I have been using Chinese herbs, high doses of vitamin C, acupuncture, chiropractic, homeopathy and nutritional changes. Yes, at first it got worse. It had metastasized to my lymph nodes, my lungs and my bones. As of this week, I am happy to say that there is no evidence now of any cancer in my lymph system or my bones. I had 6 tumors in my lungs, now there are only two. The tumors in my brain have shrunken tremendously. I never did any of their chemo, radiation or surgery.

Here is a very interesting statistic that you can only have access to by being a doctor. Every year more than 1,000 doctors oncologists (cancer doctors) are diagnosed with cancer. Less than 10% of them choose to do the treatment that they have been giving to their patients. Sort of like the fact that less than 25% of all pediatricians vaccinate their own children because of the fact that the risk of sudden death or serious side effects from the vaccination is higher than the risk of catching the disease one is being vaccinated for. This is not bullshit people - it is truth.

Medicine is about money, not about your health and the system traps people, especially the elderly, disabled and poor into a deadly treatment regime that puts them in an early grave. Meanwhile, all the jet set billionaires are flying off to Europe and paying big bucks for alternative treatments and getting cured.
Does alternative medicine work all the time? No. Of course not. Nothing works all the time. But there is a reason for that. You don't die until it's your time to die. Nothing can make you live longer than that time.

However quality of life comes into play. Those cancer patients who use alternative therapies for their cancer, yet still die from the illness, suffer a much higher quality of life. They die able to spend time with their families and even recognize their family members. They don't become emaciated like those who do chemotherapy or radiation do and rarely is a person who goes under the treatment of chemotherapy able to recognize anyone for the last few days of their lives. Their bodies become ravaged to the point that you can't even recognize them either. They suffer at a much much higher rate and they have one let down after another as doctors tell them, ahhh - it's looking good, only to tell them on the next visit it's looking worse, you need more chemo and radiation.

What is criminal about this is that YOUR DOCTORS KNOW THIS SHIT.

I took an oath as a physician. I have always followed it. That has certainly not made me successful financially as a doctor because I have consistently refused to go along with conventional medicine's bullshit.

Read the below carefully. It may indeed make a difference in your life.

Rick Cantrell, PhD, MD, PsyD

AFTER YEARS OF TELLING PEOPLE CHEMOTHERAPY IS THE ONLY WAY TO TRY ('TRY', BEING THE KEY WORD) TO ELIMINATE CANCER, JOHNS HOPKINS IS FINALLY STARTING TO TELL YOU THERE IS AN ALTERNATIVE WAY .

Cancer Update from Johns Hopkins :

               1. Every person has cancer cells in the body. These cancer
cells do not show up in the standard tests until they have
multiplied to a few billion. When doctors tell cancer patients
that there are no more cancer cells in their bodies after
treatment, it just means the tests are unable to detect the
cancer cells because they have not reached the detectable
                    size.

               2. Cancer cells occur between 6 to more than 10 times in a
                    person's lifetime.

               3. When the person's immune system is strong the cancer
cells will be destroyed and prevented from multiplying and
                    forming tumors.

               4. When a person has cancer it indicates the person has
nutritional deficiencies. These could be due to genetic,
but also to environmental, food and lifestyle factors.

               5. To overcome the multiple nutritional deficiencies, changing
diet to eat more adequately and healthy, 4-5 times/day
and by including supplements will strengthen the immune
                     system.

               6. Chemotherapy involves poisoning the rapidly-growing
cancer cells and also destroys rapidly-growing healthy cells
in the bone marrow, gastrointestinal tract etc, and can
cause organ damage, like liver, kidneys, heart, lungs etc.

7.. Radiation while destroying cancer cells also burns, scars
and damages healthy cells, tissues and organs.

               8. Initial treatment with chemotherapy and radiation will often
reduce tumor size. However prolonged use of
chemotherapy and radiation do not result in more tumor
                    destruction.

               9. When the body has too much toxic burden from
chemotherapy and radiation the immune system is either
                    compromised or destroyed,
 hence the person can succumb
to various kinds of infections and complications.

               10. Chemotherapy and radiation can cause cancer cells to
mutate and become resistant and difficult to destroy.

Surgery can also cause cancer cells to spread to other
                      sites.

               11. An effective way to battle cancer is to starve the cancer
cells by not feeding it with the foods it needs to multiply.

               *CANCER CELLS FEED ON:-

               a. Sugar substitutes like NutraSweet, Equal, Spoonful, etc are
made with Aspartame and it is harmful. A better natural
substitute would be Manuka honey or molasses , but only in
very small amounts. Table salt has a chemical added to make
it white in color Better alternative is Bragg's aminos or sea
                   salt.

               B. Milk causes the body to produce mucus, especially in the
gastro-intestinal tract. Cancer feeds on mucus. By cutting
off milk and substituting with unsweetened soy milk cancer
                    cells are being starved.

               c. Cancer cells thrive in an acid environment. A meat-based
diet is acidic and it is best to eat fish, and a little other
meat, like chicken. Meat also contains livestock
antibiotics, growth hormones and parasites, which are all
harmful, especially to people with cancer.

             d. A diet made of 80% fresh vegetables and juice, whole
grains, seeds, nuts and a little fruits help put the body into
an alkaline environment. About 20% can be from cooked
food including beans. Fresh vegetable juices provide live
enzymes that are easily absorbed and reach down to
cellular levels within 15 minutes to nourish and enhance
growth of healthy cells. To obtain live enzymes for building
healthy cells try and drink fresh vegetable juice (most
vegetables including bean sprouts) and eat some raw
vegetables 2 or 3 times a day. Enzymes are destroyed at
                  temperatures of 104 degrees F (40 degrees C)..

             e. Avoid coffee, tea, and chocolate, which have high
caffeine Green tea is a better alternative and has cancer
fighting properties. Water-best to drink purified water, or
filtered, to avoid known toxins and heavy metals in tap
water. Distilled water is acidic, avoid it.

             12. Meat protein is difficult to digest and requires a lot of
digestive enzymes. Undigested meat remaining in the
intestines becomes putrefied and leads to more toxic
                    buildup.

             13. Cancer cell walls have a tough protein covering. By
refraining from or eating less meat it frees more

enzymes to attack the protein walls of cancer cells and
allows the body's killer cells to destroy the cancer cells.

             14. Some supplements build up the immune system
                    (IP6, Flor-ssence, Essiac, anti-oxidants, vitamins, minerals,
EFAs etc.) to enable the bodies own killer cells to destroy
cancer cells.. Other supplements like vitamin E are known
to cause apoptosis, or programmed cell death, the body's
normal method of disposing of damaged, unwanted, or
                    unneeded cells.

             15. Cancer is a disease of the mind, body, and spirit.
A proactive and positive spirit will help the cancer warrior
be a survivor. Anger, un-forgiveness and bitterness put
the body into a stressful and acidic environment. Learn to
have a loving and forgiving spirit. Learn to relax and enjoy
                   life.

             16. Cancer cells cannot thrive in an oxygenated
environment. Exercising daily, and deep breathing help  to
get more oxygen down to the cellular level. Oxygen
therapy is another means employed to destroy cancer
                    cells.

             1. No plastic containers in micro.

             2. No water bottles in freezer.

             3. No plastic wrap in microwave..

Johns Hopkins has recently sent this out in its newsletters. This information is being circulated at Walter Reed Army Medical Center as well. Dioxin chemicals cause cancer, especially breast cancer. Dioxins are highly poisonous to the cells of our bodies. Don't freeze your plastic bottles with water in them as this releases dioxins from the plastic. Recently, Dr Edward Fujimoto, Wellness Program Manager at Castle Hospital , was on a TV program to explain this health hazard. He talked about dioxins and how bad they are for us. He said that we should not be heating our food in the microwave using plastic containers. This especially applies to foods that contain fat. He said that the combination of fat, high heat, and plastics releases dioxin into the food and ultimately into the cells of the body. Instead, he recommends using glass, such as Corning Ware, Pyrex or ceramic containers for heating food. You get the same results, only without the dioxin. So such things as TV dinners, instant ramen and soups, etc., should be removed from the container and heated in something else. Paper isn't bad but you don't know what is in the paper. It's just safer to use tempered glass, Corning Ware, etc. He reminded us that a while ago some of the fast food restaurants moved away from the foam containers to paper The dioxin problem is one of the reasons.
Please share this with your whole email list.........................

Also, he pointed out that plastic wrap, such as Saran, is just as dangerous when placed over foods to be cooked in the microwave. As the food is nuked, the high heat causes poisonous toxins to actually melt out of the plastic wrap and drip into the food. Cover food with a paper towel instead.

Nuclear Power in Malaysia

In response to:
http://www.1malaysia.com.my/blog/renewable-energy-2/
http://www.bharian.com.my/bharian/articles/Tenaganuklearefektif_jimat_PM/Article

“On 4th May 2010, Economic Council has gives an approval to The Ministry of Energy, Green Technology and Water to pursue nuclear power plant project production in 15 years“

We are together as a citizen of the world struggle with an energy crisis as a results of our dependancy on finite resources of the Earth. Malaysia is not alone in this situation. Although theoretically the Earth has enough energy to support our needs and wants, the main problem that contributes to energy crisis in my opinion was bad management of our energy system. Has everyone knows that two-third of electricity was lost during transmission within the grid? Hence the first step towards better energy system is to apply decentralised energy system in Malaysia. In more simpler context, it is better to build small power plant near the consumer than big power plant far away from the city itself. This decentralised system have been practised in Royal Brewery Manchester and Southampton, UK.

The main problem with nuclear energy is that it is non-renewable energy. The resources are finite and Malaysia has to export the uranium as there are no Uranium mine in Malaysia. It would be more beneficial in long term to pay attention to increase the primary energy mix through the usage of biomass and solar energy near the equator. Currently 85% of Malaysia primary energy mix is dominated by natural gas and coal. In real situation, only small amount of money have been invested for research and development (R&D) in renewable energy compared to nuclear power or petroleum hence unbiased incentive from government is needed to produce more sustainable energy. Changing public perception is also important where the inefficient of solar panel perception is not a valid argument as well as safety of nuclear power plant argument. Peoples nowadays should not worried about nuclear as it is safe in terms of energy generation and technology. However radioactivity contamination will still be there for more than 100 years. It is a risky decision to get cheaper electricity now then leave for future generation to handle the radioactive waste (spent nuclear fuel).

The proven reserves-to-production ratio of Uranium is 62 years with probably unknown reserves of more than 360 years. It will takes 15 to 20 years to build the nuclear power plant in Malaysia and you don’t have to be in business to expect that as the resources decreases, its price will increases. It can be expected that the price of Uranium will increases after 20 years same as finite resources of petroleum. It is not the only problems where after 50 years, the nuclear power plant will have to be demolished and the radioactive will always be there for future Malaysian. The current technology still cannot fully extracting the energy from Uranium hence become a waste that must be kept away from human. In my judgement, it is more cheaper and environmental friendly to treat large amount of waste (e.g emission of carbon dioxide, sulphur and metal) from coal and natural gas than small amount of radioactive waste/spent nuclear fuel.

Malaysia should concentrate on local resources, improve the energy system and use it properly. There are 10 hours daily sun, strong winds in certain area, straw residues from paddy field and palm oil plantation and 15 years estimates reserves of petroleum. The production of nuclear power here will make Malaysia more depending on imported feedstock.

Besides that, it is wrong and misinterpreted to label nuclear power as ‘green’. The judgement is only based on low carbon emission compared to other energy generation. In the study by Odeh and Cockerill (2008) in the UK, it was found that nuclear power plant only emitted 8.5g of CO2 for 1 kWh electricity generated. Compare this with coal power plant (957g CO2), wind turbine (105g CO2), and photovoltaic solar energy (95g CO2), nuclear power plant is much more ‘GREENER’ than renewable energy. However this argument is not a fair judgement if we see carbon as the only potential of the environmental impacts. In the study of the life-cycle of power plant, environmental impacts is divided into 8 categories based on ISO 14040; global warming, ozone layer depletion, acidification (acid rain), eutrophication (imbalances nutrients), photochemical smog, human toxicity, ecotoxicity and non-renewable resources depletion. So it is totally out of context to label nuclear power as green or renewable resources only by looking at the emissions of the green house gases.

The main advantages of nuclear power is due to its economically viable and lots of research have been done in this area. Yet in YouTube, life of peoples in Niger lives in contaminated area of uranium mining makes Chernobyl explosion was already forgotten as reason to blame nuclear power. Without a doubt nuclear power has improves human civilisation such as in medicine, x-ray and carbon dating. Nevertheless its radioactivity is linked with genetic modification and the effect cannot be reversed.

In the Europe itself, Spain has build its own large-scale solar thermal power plant, wind farm offshore of Scotland, the Netherlands and Deutschland which is very good in its energy mix. Take a train around the Europe and you can see it yourself. Malaysia did not have their technology which make it necessary to 'kidnap' their technology by sending students to other university around the world. Yet Malaysia should not follow their routes of development as European countries have build the nuclear power plant long before they realised that renewable energy is more sustainable choice. We should learn from their mistakes, their experiences and applied it in eastern culture, or Malaysian way to be exact. Whatever route Malaysian leader are taking now, let not let the future generation carries your mistakes.

Public Transport in Malaysia

Hoyeahh tora datang lagi dengan permainan kopi cap kapal api hahaha (gelak jahat ali baba). lama sungguh beta tidak mengupdate blog ni ngeh! but since i got back to malaysia, i got lots of thinking bout what to do after graduated. This includes how to improve my life here in our own country. Serius pening! naik komuter pun kena curi hanset pickpocket! aku takda la cakap kt oversea sana xda pickpocket ni. sama ja mana2 ada orang baik, msti la ada orang yang kurang membuat kebaikan juga. cuma percentage tak rasa selamat tu lagi tinggi kat msia. serius gua x tipu. try la jln tgh2 mlm kat manchester compare ngan tengah2 malam kat kl.

Okay2 kembali ke tujuan asal article ni is aku rasa mlm ni nak berleter sorang2 pasal public transport kat msia. Aku berleter panjang ni, so bagitau awal2 if tak larat baca sampai habis.

Hendak diceritakan lagi, perhubungan awam kat malaysia memang tak perlu dihuraikan dengan lebih lanjut (power x ayat bm aku? =). Kat sini kalo takda transport sndri, maknanya lebih baik la duk umah baca kosmo dgr crita baru pasal dr rozmey pecah panggung 40juta. mmg takbleh hidup kalo takda transport sndri.

Then pasal KTM malaysia. mmg kena byk2 beristighfar either naik komuter or train mlm. Pasal train malam ni, services mmg bagus, byk kemudahan atas train and always on time. Satu jer improvement yang aku rasa perlu dibuat which is duration of travel. Just imagine that it takes 12 hours to be at Alor Setar from KL sentral. Naik keta 4-5 jam and kalo naik bus lambat sejam dua sket dari keta. Apa2 pun gua suka naik train mlm coz tepati masa. Pasal duration tu rasanya ikut pilihan hati la, mmg lambat naik train tapi lagi murah kan2?

KOMUTER haaaa ni mmg satu perkhidmatan yang paling buat aku berbulu. mmg dah banyak kali aku istighfar coz aku dah janji kat diri sndri takmo byk complain pasal public transport malaysia. gua tak kisah komuter lambat bro, tapi jgn la nak bagi customer berbulu. Masa time tunggu kat platform, kat board tulis train arrive at 1522. Tup tup tup punya tunggu 1530 tak sampai. Sabar lagi. Maybe tayar ketapi kurang angin kot sbb tu slow sket. pastu kat board tukar time train arriv 1552 Dalam hati dah maki2 tapi maklumlah aku ni tak mau komplen, so aku try buat muka paling sabar, penyayang dan berbudi bahasa bila awek2 kat sebelah tgk aku dah hentak2 kepala kat tiang. Bagi chance la train lambat 40minit. 40 minit jer, bleh bagi alasan kat bos tadi komuter jam teruk kat highway or parking penuh.

Last skali bus express or orang british panggil 'coach'. Bukan coach badminton yer. Kalo korang buang tebiat try la naik coach badminton. mmg kena makan smash la jawabnya har har har. Takda la nak complain smua bus express kan. byk ja company bus express yang tepati masa. Contoh2 mcm sri maju(bus feveret aku kalo pi kl/seremban) trans and konsortium. Aku sndri tak sure if good example aku ni still applicable or not sbb dah jarang travel ulang alik kl-jitra. Isnin lepas aku balik jitra from hentian duta. FYI, slalu kalo from duta mmg paling busuk la 6 jam nak sampai jitra. 6 jam tu kira bus express yang sama taraf dgn bas kilang. Kalo pudu dulu lainla sbb mmg kadang2 nasib tak baik tersangkut jam sblum masuk highway plus.

Company yang dimaksudkan is Pancaran Matahari bus express. Ha siap aku bold lagi nama company. Sori la brader kita sama2 mau cari makan tapi u give me bad first impression. Bayar tiket dah 43ringgit. Pkul 230pm hari isnin lepas. So aku bajet paling lambat sampai jitra pkul 830mlm. Tup tap tup tap (mcm naik komuter jgak la) punya tunggu pkul 3 baru gerak. Sabarrrr setakat stgh jam lambat gerak tu biasa la kalo naik bus express. yang penting pkul 830 hang bleh bagi aku sampai jitra. aku tau hang bleh pecut kat highway nanti. Fuh cantek punya company bus. siap masuk butterworth, sp, alor star smua. Mmg berbulu aku. Tapi mcm biasa orang malaysia ni sabar2 dan penyayang. Begitu juga tuan punya badan ini. Muka masih maintain senyum. Sampai astar pkul 9mlm. Ok thats it la penat aku senyum ja dari tadi. Baru kluar shahab 10minit dia brenti suruh kitorang tukar naik bas lain. Ada la 4 5 orang lagi yang sama2 pi jitra. K la saya menurut perintah. Elok bas yang baru naik tu gerak bleh plak sorang minah ni tertinggal phone atas seat bus lama. Mmg buang masa btul la tukar2 bus ni. Last2 pkul 10 baru smpai jitra. Itupun tak masuk stesen bas.

Penat la aku nak berleter2 ni. Turun2 bas kt jitra muka aku dah jadi paling ketat kat dunia. Sori yeah if makcik jual sirap tepi jalan igt aku baru lepas bunuh orang. Saya baik orangnya.

"Kisah seorang nomad" Part 1

Oh rasanya dah 4 bulan tidak diupdate page aku neh gara2 exam, eurotrip n blk msia. Biasa la kt umah masa mula2 balik takder internet lagi. Kami kat jitra masih menggunakan burung merpati untuk menyampaikan msg dan surat kepada rakan2 di daerah lain. Baiklah aku tengah semangat nak bercerita pasal eurotrip yg seriously ni lifetime experience punya sbb aku gerak solo 36 hari.

-Basic route masa kat europe from manchester-frankfurt-istanbul-kobenhavn-praha-rome-bangkok-jitra

Kejadian ni bermula ketika aku gatal2 tangan beli interrail pass 1 bulan. Interrail pass ni satu tiket kereta api yg membolehkan aku naik mana2 train kat europe secara percuma (excluding certain hi speed & night train yg kena bayar sikit surcharge) price 399euro. After dah set date nak gerak 23 May 2009 which is 2 days after exam, so mula la terbayang2 nak travel sorang2. Mula2 mmg cuak la, yelah ni kerja org gila ja buat.

-Ni la tiket interrail yang seriusly aku akan simpan bagi cucu aku tgk!-

Abis ja paper 21 May (ada satu ja paper sem lepas, yg len smua project based course) balik umah n trus start packing barang2 umah sbb nak pindah next sem. Time tu mmg tak igt penat dah dah terbayang2 nak berjalan sorang2. Lupa nak bagitau, decision nak gerak sorang2 ni sebab smua member2 aku tak abis exam lagi ada 4 org ja chemical engineering yang amik minor environmental technology (I'm the only malaysian). Mostly yg len abis around 9June, malas nak menunggu so aku just go for it. Lagipun dah janji dgn member2 manchester nak jmpa kat Praha (prague) and jmpa member2 kms kat amsterdam. Igt lagi time tu aku still ada coursework nak kena hantar kelam kabut aku abiskan.

Day 1

Pagi 22 May yang dijanjikan tiba. Aku keluar umah pukul 8 pagi time tu Hazwang tak tido lagi aku passkan kunci umah kat dia, hantar coursework kat nani (footballer ManU) umah sebelah then pi main library pulangkan buku yg aku pinjam utk coursework (padahal takda guna pun). Aku naik bas dari Manchester mengharungi dingin pagi yg beku ke London pukul 0915. Time tu dah start summer season where pkul 3 dah cerah. Bas agak penuh and ada chinese sebelah aku yg aku assume cina mainland. naik bas ja tau2 la trus tido. Hahaha. letey gila kowt. Sampai London Victoria dalam pukul 315 kot mmg dah lambat coz kat tiket tulis pukul 1445then kena amik next bas ke Dover pukul 1530. Berlari jugak aku pi tempat departure station kat Victoria tu sbb dah lambat. Dover ni port utk pi France. Slalu aku naik ferry ja nak pi France coz eurostar is too expensive for me and aku tak pernah naik flight dlm europe (SUKAnya nak tunggu2, buh luggage pastu ada boarding apa kejadah ntah)

Kali ni bus smoothly la tapi sejam jgak nak kluar dari London. Ada pakcik tua dah maki2 takut lambat ok la tu sampai 1830 lambat 10 minit ja. Ok then dari Dover naik ferry pukul 1945. Oh yeah imigresen kat europe is too simple takder nak check2 mcm sini. Coz diorang dah consider EU tu as 1 country. Kiranya UK-France tu mcm Kedah perlis la. Nak tembus imigresen mmg takda masalah langsung.
-Dover-

Igt lagi time tu cuma ada 2 org ja foot passenger including me. Perjalanan sejam setengah ja tapi sampai Calais
( pronounced as kaˈlɛ) pukul 2215 as France is 1 hour ahead time difference from UK. Mamat sorang lagi yg foot passenger tu pun aku tegur2 la. Standard ahh jln sorang2 ni mmg kena banyak tegur org kalo tak nanti mati tengah jalan sbb boring tak tau nak buat apa. Mamat Louis ni kerja car park n duduk kat kg area2 selatan calais. Sempat jgak belajar sket2 bahasa french dgn dia. dah tumpul french setahun tak cakap. hahaha. Sampai ja calais member loius dtg amik naik keta. aku pun jalan kaki sampai train staion (gare) yg dekat bandar setengah jam jgak jln coz takda bus mlm2. Time jln tu aku tgh biasakan lintas jln tengok kiri instead of kanan; europe car driver kat kiri. Sampai ja station dah tutup; mana aku nak tido?!?!?

Dengan muka selamber aku pun patah blk pi pusat bandar (centre ville) makan kebab kat kedai turkey. Harga 7.50 euro agak mahal berbaloi la dia letak byk kebab. mngantuk punya pasal aku trus patah balik train station, bukak sleeping bag n tido depan station tu. Time tgh lepak2 tu ada la keta parking kat disabled punya tempat. Pastu siap ada polis mai saman lagik! Imagine la pukul 3 pagi camtu bleh plak ada polis rajinnya.

Day 2

0530 23 May 2009 train TER 601. Ni la first train aku for this eurotrip from Calais to Amiens (amjɛ̃ ) then to Paris Nord sampai pukul 1130. Aku dah sampai Paris (paʁi ) tahun lepas dengan wakpai capau n dibah so tak banyak jln2 sgt. Lagipun aku still not in the mood of travelling sbb time ni still tgh pikir pasal coursework yg dateline 25May although aku dah bagi kat nani suruh tolong hantarkan. Cincai sangat coursework tu. Hahaha. So jalan2 sekitar station Nord ja then makan kebab ayam kat depan traffic light simpang tu. Time jln2 ni byk makan kebab or ikan jer. Paling kuat pun makan burger fillet-o-fish. Sini bukan malaysia maaa mana nak cari makanan halal senang2.

Pukul 1719 aku pun patah balik to Amiens nak catch train pi Lille. dah janji dgn Ann nak jmpa dia mlm tu. Disebabkan kebodohan aku pun tertido sedar2 dah pukul 8 mlm aku termiss connection train to Lille. Lagi bangang sedar2 train tu dah stop kat lajak sket dari station. aku sorang2 ja dlm train. Maunya tak gelabah aku bengong punya conductor train tak kejut aku bangun. Mula2 igtkan train berenti biasa ja. Tapi jln2 tgk mmg takda sapa2 dah dlm train. Nak bukak pintu train pun tak boleh sbb dah off. Nasib la ada pintu train yg terbukak so tgk kiri, tgk kanan fuh2 takda train lalu. Aku pun lintas landasan tu masuk ikut office dia apa ntah. Check2 mesin dah takda direct train to Lille from Amiens. So aku naik connection bus (free) pi Haute Picardie then amik TGV to Lille Europe. Lambat tu tak kisah sgt tapi terpaksa bayar harga full ticket 18.60euro sbb kaunter dah tutup n only bleh bli tiket kat machine. Kalo bli tiket kat kaunter with interrail need only to pay 3euro for TGV (hi speed train for France).

Sampai Lille Europe pukul 2238 disambut oleh Ann and the gang. Straight aku pi drop off kat jeff's place dah la hujan time otw but tak sejuk macam kat manchester. Sampai umah Jeff dlm pukul 1120. Sgt2 letey n lapar then masak kebab yang aku take away from paris tadi n buat air teh. Time tgh makan tu borak2 la dgn jep pasal eurotrip aku ni. Mamat ni pun org nomad jgak rupanya. haha. Byk la aku mintak pendapat dia n at that time la aku dapat inspiration nak pi Sarajevo so aku pun start la build proposed route for eurotrip and Jep mmg byk idea nak tolong. Dia cakap most train details bleh dpat from german website bahn.de. Reservation pun better buat dlm Germany later. Pukul 3 pagi baru aku tido lepas berborak panjang dgn Jeff. Sedar2 dah pukul 12 lebih itupun dah set alarm tapi tak sedar. Jep tido bilik sebelah yg datang tutup. mmg letih sgt looo.

-keyboard kat france which is different sgt2-

Day 3

Ann and Jim dtg dlm pukul 1300. Time tu aku still blum mandi. Then trus bangun dari katil and mandi while they're waiting at Jeff's room. Jeff had cook nasi and daging masak hitam. After mandi we lepak2 and makan together. Jeff asked me to ratah jer daging to coz later in europe its going to be less meat to eat. Jeff do suggest me to go to Ghent or Brugge both in Belgium. Rugila tiket interrail aku if aku tak pakai satu hari pi mana2.

Pukul 1608 aku gerak pi Ghent which is nearer than Brugge from Lille. Pkul 1632 dah sampai stesen Torcuing (border France-Belgium). Dah takder border mmg takda kena turun2 cop pasport smua. Mmg senang. and train also is more convenient in europe but still not in Malaysia. From what i heard it almost no coach (bus express) in France and Germany. Sampai Ghent aku pun start la berjalan2 for almost a day follow sungai besar kat sini. It is really beautiful where they managed to keep most ancient and historical building still standing. Mula2 lepak depan train station ada 2 awek lawa tgh melukis. Hahaha.

Centre town dia agak jauh from train station where i did follow the river to reach the centre. Tgk2 jam dah pukul 1930 and bleh consider sesat sorang2. So aku tanya org local kat sana direction pi train station and diorang suruh aku follow landasan tram. Last2 sampai jgk train station. Pukul 8 lebih aku balik Lille but this time kena tukar naik bas kat Moucoun sebab tgh renovate railway. Sampai stesen Lille Flandres (about 500m from station Lille Europe) aku terus jln blk umah Jeff. Salah tekan loceng. Haha. Ada 4 butang spatutnya umah dia number 3 tapi aku pi tekan 1 & 2. Mengong2 abis kredit aku terpaksa call dia. Tak banyak aktiviti mlm tu coz esok pagi nak gerak pi tempat Wannoi. Makan2 and kemas bag siap2 trus tido.

-Lots of bicycle at Ghent train station-

PPSMI: Sajak A Samad Said

Lalu, aku sayu dan aku pilu;
lalu, aku ragu dan aku malu …

Buah ranum pada tangkai;
bahasa gugur dari hati,
sekali janji, sekali nafi;
sekali pancang, sekali pincang,
iktibar apakah semua ini?

Lalu pemimpin angkuh berkata …

Aku apa peduli
Kalaupun Shakespear turun ke bumi!

Jangan berikan undi,
pada mereka yang menghina bahasa sendiri.

Jangan diundi pemimpin yang …
bertelinga satu,
berlidah dua.
